Payment Policy

Payment is expected at time of purchase and work will not begin on your order until successful payment is completed.

Shipping Policy

Most items ship same or next day by free 2-day shipping.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Items are made on demand on our farm, by our family. As such, refunds or replacements are happily given with damage photos, or mistakes on our part. Please contact us with the details of your request and we may be able to assist you. If a return is approved for an item that was not personalized, that was not our fault, a restocking fee may be charged to help cover the cost of producing and sending the item to you.

Other Policies

We strive to produce quality items, and get them to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are produced the same or very next day and shipped by 2-day freight. We live far from carrier depots, so weather events do affect shipments on occasion. We will attempt to inform you if your order is going to be later than expected, but your responsibility is to check your email.
