This wonderful full body treatment doesn't just leave you with beautiful soft skin. It also detoxes you via your biggest organ, your skin! Treat lymphatic congestion and swollen Lymph nodes by stimulating lymph drainage. Our Lymphatic system is such an amazing and important system but unfortunately it can not move itself like our blood does, being moved along by our handy dandy heart. Our Lymph nodes and tubes need our help getting things going. One of the best exercises for this is standing up straight and gently jumping up and down like you're on a trampoline(or actually jumping on a trampoline), this stimulates the lymph system to start moving. But in this busy world we live in where the common person works at a desk or is too busy being in public to jump up and down regularly, sometimes a deep Lymphatic system tonic is the best way to clean out stagnant, swollen Lymph nodes. Congested Lymph nodes have a plethora of negative health repercussions including Allergies, prostatitis, cancer, chronic sinusitis, heart disease, eczema and other skin conditions, fibrocystic disease, chronic fatigue, repetitive parasitic infections, MS, edema, lupus erythematosis, inflammation, high blood pressure, bacterial infections, viral infections, puffy eyes, low back pain, ear or balance problems, arthritis, headaches, cellulite, excessive sweating and obesity. If you are suffering from any of these issues, or can feel that your Lymph nodes are swollen or just feel it's time for a blood purifying Lymphatic tonic then you're in the right place! This treatment can be used to stimulate drainage of your entire lymph system or to treat a specific swollen Lymph node. It's extremely detoxifying and leaves your skin nourished and soft! Directions: Mix at least 1/3 cup clay with filtered water until clay falls easily off the spoon. Avoid using metal when mixing since metal decreases the clays pulling ability. Apply on face and entire body, paying extra attention to neck, armpits, chest, stomach and pelvic region. Let dry completely, then scrub off with a damp rag starting at feet and massaging towards the heart. Also can be used as a poultice on swollen lymph nodes. Apply a thick layer and cover with gauze and medical tape. Keep damp and leave for one hour to overnight. Also makes a great addition to a detoxing bath. Add 1/3 of a cup or more to your bath, for a deeper detox add sea salt and/or Apple Cider Vinegar. A good detoxing bath should last 45 minutes or more and if you have a body brush or loofah scrub away in short strokes towards the heart to further stimulate the Lymphatic system. 9 oz.
