PhantomCraft Productions's Policies

Introduction

Hello and Welcome!! PhantomCraft Productions is currently made up of a mother and daughter team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! Sinh (the mother) is a 34 year old graduate student of Temple University who is also working at the University's Institute on Disability as a Peer Coach TA. Synthetik Creations is Sinh's shop. The shop produces leather and chain mail jewelry, papercraft and paintings. Anya (the daughter) is a 13 year old elementary student. Honeybee is Anya's super adorable jewelry line, most of which is made with reclaimed material!

Payment Policy

All payment is due before production.

Shipping Policy

We ship flat rate USPS with tracking.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We don't do refunds/exchanges unless the piece is lost in transit.

Other Policies

Be aware that all our products are handmade. Everything is made to order so expect roughly 3-5 business days of production. Sometimes the places we purchase raw materials from have problems. In this case you will be notified.
