Our goal is to provide you with puzzles that will provide hours of satisfying challenges and a sense of accomplishment when completed! Please contact us directly if you have any questions about our policies or about subjects that may not be covered.
Complete payment is expected prior to shipment.
We ship the next business day after order receipt. In the event we are sold out of your chosen puzzle we will contact you directly with an anticipated production and shipment date. Orders will go USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail Express is available at and additional charge. For international shipments please contact email@example.com to determine the shipping costs and expected timing. All import duties and taxes will be paid by the recipient on receipt unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Puzzles are not refundable or exchangeable once open. Shipping costs, if any, cannot be refunded. All puzzles are checked carefully; however, missing or broken pieces will be immediately replaced free of charge. Our commitment to ensure your puzzling delight extends that same replacement policy for as long as you own the puzzle! Contact customer service for details.
We will never sell or give your personal contact information to anyone. From time to time, we may use that information to contact you about new puzzle releases, special opportunities, and such. If you do not wish to be contacted, we will remove you from our listings.
