Payment Policy

When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged immediately when you place your order. When will my credit appear on my account? Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Shipping Policy

Do you process rush orders? We may be able to accommodate a rush order for an additional fee. Please email me at dana [!at] or convo me for more information. Do you ship internationally? Yes. We can also ship to Canada. We ship to Canada via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow extra time for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for USPS hold ups, mishandling or loss of items. Those issues should be addressed with the USPS. Canadian customers will be held responsible for any duties, import taxes, etc. Those costs are not the responsibility of Party Favors by Design. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? No. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. What shipping carriers do you use? We ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate within the United States and via USPS First Class Mail to Canada. If you are in the United States and would like to save on shipping and have your order shipped via First Class Mail, convo me and I will set up a special listing for you. Will I receive a shipping notification? Yes. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. How much is my shipping? Shipping is noted under the Shipping & Policies tab of each product.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I received my order and I made a mistake when inputting the order. What do I do? Please email me at dana [!at] and reference your order number. If you would like them reprinted, there will be a reprint fee plus the cost of shipping. My items were printed incorrectly. What do I do? We do our best to print and process orders as requested but occasionally a mistake can be made. We keep a record of each order and can generally process reprint requests. Please email me at dana [!at] within 3 business days of the delivery of the shipment. No refunds or reprints will be offered after this time. When emailing please include your order number, the nature of the problem, the number of replacements needed and when they are needed by. Please note, depending upon the nature of the problem we may ask you to email us a photo of the products. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (in the United States) or USPS First Class Mail (in Canada). We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event. What is your return and exchange policy? We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our items as they are all personalized per your specifications and cannot be resold. I received the wrong product. What do I do? If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please email me at dana [!at] within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Other Policies

Can we order personalized labels without text? Yes. If you want the label without the text please leave the text lines blank and note in the customer comments section that you do not want text. If a notation is not made in the customer comments section, we will email you confirming that no text is wanted. Do we have to use every text line available? No. Simply leave the text line blank. How do you handle grammatical or spelling errors? We will not be held responsible for grammatical or spelling errors. Text will be applied exactly how you input it when placing your order. We may catch some of these errors, and contact you to confirm, but it is not guaranteed. It is extremely important that you double check your order and review your confirmation email very carefully. If you need to make a change, please email me immediately at dana [!at] All orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and start being prepared right away. What if my text exceeds the maximum number of characters? We try our best to allow for the maximum amount of text space when designing our labels. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than the maximum number of characters allowed as noted on each design. If we add more text beyond the allowable amount, the text will be too small and difficult to read. Will you send me a proof? No. If you would like to receive a proof please convo me after you place your order or note your request in the "notes to seller" at checkout. Color Disclaimer Monitors have a variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratio settings. Therefore, the colors you see on your computer screen will not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our printed labels as they actually are. Privacy Policy We value your privacy.
