PayPal, visa, MasterCard, Discover card, and American Express are accepted forms of payment. when using PayPal, follow the prompts at checkout. PayPal is a secure method of payment; no one sees your information, except for you and PayPal. A Thirty percent (30%) nonrefundable payment is required in order to RESERVE a painting. I work with payment plans. Please message me to set it up.
I currently use the services of UPS, The United States Postal Service, and FEDEX to ship. Shipping is done within 1-3 business days on most orders, and 1-3 business days on others, depending on the number of orders to process, excluding holidays,and after receipt of your payment. You will be contacted with your tracking information and the projected date of delivery.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I will issue a FULL refund, shipping cost included, on any item that is damaged in shipping or in the case of a shipping error. Replacement shipping is at the expense of the buyer. Returns must be within 7 days, including weekend days, of receipt of the purchase. Please see that the artwork is packaged and returned in the same condition received and with all the original accompanying documents. There will be no refund on payments of any kind, ie. partial payment, incomplete payments, commissioned payments, reserve payments, payment plans. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
