We accept Debit and Credit Cards through Pay Pal.
We try our very best to make and ship all of our products on or before the scheduled shipping date, however, sometimes we do fall behind as there are only 2 of us working and running this business. Most of our items are made to order, so we do not start creating the item until we receive an order for it. We do have longer shipping times on our Trash Cans as they are our most popular item. It can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive a trash can after it has been ordered. However, we try our very best to stay on top of our orders and ahead of schedule and will try to ship before that date. Six weeks is the longest time you may have to wait on receiving a trash can. If you are needing your item by a certain day because you are purchasing it as a gift, or going on vacation, or for any other reason, please message me before you place your order, so I can confirm that I will be able to get it to you on or before that day. Most times I can. Smaller Items I always ship through USPS Priority or First Class mail. For Larger Items, like Trash Cans, I ship through FedEx. Either way you will receive a Tracking Number so you can track your purchase. I will send out conformation of shipment the day that the package ships. As of right now, I only ship to the US. If you have a question, please don't be afraid to message me and ask. There is no such thing as a stupid question! I love my customers and I love when you ask me questions! I generally answer all my conversations within 30 minutes to 2 hours so you can rest assured that you will receive a reply from me that day.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want my customers to be happy! That is my number one goal! So, If you are ever unsatisfied with any of the items you have received from this shop, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product so the issue may be resolved in a quick and timely manner. If the product has arrived damaged, or was lost in transit, message me ASAP. I will collect the insurance and/or file a complaint and I will send you another at no extra charge to you. If you are just generally unhappy with your item, I will accept a return and will refund your money minus the cost of shipping, as long as you contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. If you would like to cancel your order, please let me know within 24 hours after purchasing.
Most Items seen in Our Twisted Creations shop can be custom ordered to fit your style and/or decor. So, feel free to ask about any item in our shop. Don't see what you have in mind pictured?
