Shipping Policy

Items ship out within 5 business days; we normally ship on Mondays & Fridays. Tracking will be provided to items in US. We will refund any extra shipping charge ASAP. (Express services available, just ask) Please make sure your correct shipping address is on file with Etsy!

Refund & Exchange Policy

Our handcrafted products are made with care to ensure that each item is of the highest quality when shipped. Due to the nature of handmade product, items can vary slightly from images. However, If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us. Any products that are faulty or defective will be refunded in full, including shipping. Sale items and custom made listings are generally not refundable.
