FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS I do not currently ship outside of the US Shipping The majority of my products are Made to Order. Processing time is usually between 3 - 5 days. Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated shipping times I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns & exchanges I gladly accept returns and exchanges on "Ready Made" items (products that are already made). Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Made to Order Products Custom or personalized orders Items on sale Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
