This means A) we will refund skin and home care products you are not happy with B) if you order one or two bouquets and are not happy we will refund C) in either A or B above you dot not need to return them we will ask you to return them to us and we will pay for 50% of the shipping cost. E) we do not ship internationally F) we do reserve the right not to ship products to someone who has previously not liked and we have refunded their money for that product G) we ship within 2-3 days of receiving an order. If you need it shipped sooner we will if we are able to.
