I try to follow all accepted protocols on orders, packaging, shipping and returns. I personally wrap and package all of my handcrafted products to guard against damage. I do my best to respond to questions, concerns and special requests that are not overly burdensome or unreasonable.
I accept all credit/debit cards, cashier's checks, money orders and PayPal.
All products on hand generally will be shipped within three business days of confirmation of receipt of purchase funds. Allow up to an additional two weeks for shipping a custom-made order. Orders are shipped from Flanders, New Jersey, Zip Code 07836 via USPS Prority Mail with Tracking. For orders of multiple items, or to address unusual delivery concerns, or to to obtain information on special or expedited shipping services, please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate any reasonable request.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact me within 14 days of the date of delivery, and together we will determine whether a refund or a replacement is the appropriate remedy under the circumstances. If you receive a damaged product, I will refund what you paid for the item, provided you notify me within three business days of the date the item was delivered to you. Further, you must return the damaged item to me in the original packaging, and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost - provided you use the same shipping carrier and shipping option that I used. If the exterior packaging was damaged beyond use, contact me for an alternative shipping option. If the exterior packaging is either a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Flat Rate Box, a new one can be obtained from the U.S. Post Office free of charge.
If a package is to be delivered to a New Jersey address, a 6.875% sales tax will be added to the price of the product.
