Nancy's Workshop's Policies
I love being in my craft room and I spend most of my days there crafting and sewing. I love experimenting and trying all different kinds of crafts, but I am partial to Christmas and the Holidays. A lot of my crafts are made from patterns, but I also have several that I have designed myself. I take great pride in my work and I am very meticulous and detail oriented. I hope you enjoy my crafts as much as I enjoy making them!
I accept PayPal NOTE: You can use your credit card to pay for your item/s through PayPal, without signing up for a PayPal account. When you choose the PayPal Option during checkout, after you submit your order.... click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
I generally ship via USPS First Class. If you are interested in a quicker delivery, please convo me and I can quote additional pricing for Priority, Expedited, Overnight, etc. Many times Priority is less than First Class, if so, I will ship Priority. Items will be shipped within 1 - 2 days after payment is received, excluding Holidays and Sundays. I will make every effort to ship the following day. Express shipping is available upon request with additional fees. Please email me to discuss options and costs. I do try to use recycled boxes when possible.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I strive for 100% satisfaction, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within three (3) days of receiving your item. The item will need to be returned and received within fourteen (14) days of the sale date to be considered for a refund. Refunds are dependent upon the item being returned in its original condition. I pride myself on sending my buyers products that are clean, free of smoke and odors, pet dander, and of outstanding quality. Refunds will only be issued once I receive the returned item and the condition is acceptable for purchase by another buyer. I would recommend obtaining insurance and/or a tracking number for any returned items, as I will not responsible for the loss or damage of items during the return shipment. If you are returning an item due to damage and you are not interested in replacing the item, I will refund the cost of the item and the return shipping costs. I do not accept returns on custom orders. If your purchased items are returned to me as not deliverable, I will refund the price of the item(s), less any shipping costs and handling fees. Please ensure that you enter the address correctly when placing your order, as that is the address where the item(s) will be shipped.
Please contact me to discuss custom orders or special requests. I do require 50% of the price, not including shipping, prior to starting the project. I may request that we speak on the phone on occasion, I believe questions can be asked and answered more precisely. I will then put our decision in writing via our emails for your approval before starting the project.
