Murphey Valley Gifts's Policies
All our product are hand-crafted. We do customize; however, please understand that with some products the customization can be the color used. Please contact us with any question or for a custom order.
Full payment must clear within 7 business days before any product is created and/or shipped - No Exceptions. If the payment does not clear, the order will be canceled. Once payment has cleared, the order with be created and/or shipped and cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded.
We use USPS First Class mail. Any order received after 2PM EST (on a business day) is considered the next business day. We only ship within the United States at this time. PRODUCT TURNAROUND: Our products could take up to 1 week to create. This is to ensure that we create the best possible product for our customers. Once the product has been completed, it will be shipped out. We will work as quickly as possible to create your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible. CUSTOM ORDERS: Marbleized items can only be customized as far as color and if you would like a lot or a little color on the product. NOTE: Please contact us for any addition information about custom orders or products.
