Most items listed can be customized with your colors of choice. All pillows are bespoke and take 5-7 days to ship, depending on the size of the order. Message me anytime with questions!

Payment Policy

We accept payment via Paypal or debit/credit card via PayPal. Orders shipping to California will be subject to state sales tax. Any changes or cancellation to orders must be made within 24 hours, or before an order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped once confirmation of cleared funds have been sent from your bank or Paypal. If payment is not received within 72 hours, the item will be re-listed.

Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping: Orders will be shipped from Los Angeles via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the item's weight and value. All of our packages are shipped with USPS tracking services. PLEASE NOTE: The USPS does not offer guaranteed delivery dates for First Class or Priority Mail service. If you need your order by a certain date, please communicate that before placing your order, so that we can give you a quote for an expedited service. International shipping: Orders will be shipped from Los Angeles via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the item's weight and value. We insure all packages. For First Class shipments, please allow between 1-4 weeks or more for your package to arrive after it has been shipped. Tracking is available to some countries, with USPS First Class shipping. Tracking of packages is not guaranteed, with USPS First Class Mail service. For Priority Mail shipping, please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive after it has been shipped. Tracking and insurance is included on all Priority Mail shipments. PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any and all customs/duty fees, VAT or associated charges. Mod's Best Friend does not collect these fees from buyers, and cannot pay these fees on the buyer's behalf. All shipments will be marked as "merchandise" and an invoice will be included. The buyer is responsible for for paying these fees and collecting their packages from their post office/customs office, where applicable. Shipping fees for returned international packages cannot be refunded.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds accepted only if item is shown to be not as described. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have prior to making your purchase. I do wish my customers to be happy with their purchase so please convo me if you find any issues with your delivery.
