Payment through Paypal is preferred.
Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS First Class Mail. I ship within the USA and International. Shipping occurs Monday – Saturday. No exceptions Product Turnaround: products that are in stock are shipped right away via USPS first Class mail (3-5 days) Otherwise products take an expected 3-5 days to create. Once they are created they will be shipped out. The entire process can take 7-10 business days. Rush Product Options: If you would like to receive any of my products sooner than the 7-10 day lead time period, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Rush orders cannot be guaranteed, but depending on current work load, I will see what we can accommodate.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact me as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date only when item is received. Refunds are for purchase price only and does not include shipping. If the item is not returned within the 30 days, refunds will not be given. The items should be returned in the same condition it was sent, if item was received in damaged condition please contact me right away. If an item is not in same condition due to odors from smoke or pets or stained it will not be accepted. All items are made in smoke free conditions. A refund will be issued when we receive the item back. Return shipping is the buyer's expense. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact me.
