Michael Edwards Bow Tie's Policies
Introduction
Michael Edwards Bow Tie strives to provide quality products. All items are carefully inspected throughout the production process. We do not accept refunds. We provide exchanges for items damaged in transit and if possible will exchange an item that is the wrong size for another like item. If the item is no longer available, we will provide store credit All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any additional customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at time of order.
Shipping Policy
Items are shipped within 5-7 business days. All items are shipped first class USPS.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All items are checked carefully before shipping. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the item, once we have received it back.
