Payment Policy

I accept all major credit cards through PayPal Note: You do NOT need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay me. You can go through checkout as a guest.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is received, I will usually ship within three business days excluding Holidays which may take a day or two longer. With the current Covid 19 situation, shipping has been slower in some cases. Once I ship and you receive a tracking number, it is up to the Shipper from there on. I ship USPS and if something should happen, I will try to help get to the bottom of it. Thankfully that has never been the case.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I will offer a refund or exchange if the item is shipped back to me in new, unused condition. I stand by my workmanship. Should an issue with workmanship arise within 6 months of purchase, I will replace with a new collar. Workmanship would be if something comes apart or the buckle breaks. It does not include loss or damage done by the pet.
