Introduction

Hello and welcome to my shop! I'm fairly new to online selling, though I've branched out across various platforms now. So long as it's sold by Luminous Love, the items are made and sold by me. I do take custom orders if anything I have inspires you to take a little creativity into your own hands! Just shoot me a message and I'll work with you to the best of my abilities. NOTICE: For everything that is under $10 on any other sites ( currently the minimum on this site ) I have adjusted the shipping price so that it is included in that $10, making the final price match my cheaper listings on other sites.

Payment Policy

PayPal is my accepted method of payment. You do not need to have an account to use this service. Much like most online shopping, just follow the instructions and fill in the information as needed. It accepts most credit and debit cards. It's easy to use and above all, it's safe. I will ship to the address attached to the payment unless instructed otherwise.

Shipping Policy

I ship worldwide, though the further the distance, the more time it will take and the more costly it becomes. Typical shipping to the USA should be around $4 and comes with tracking. If needed, the price can be lowered if tracking is removed. I will ship various classes depending on how quickly you need the item, but the cost will change accordingly.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges can be handled personally. I'm willing to work with all my customers to the best of my abilities. I will not make exchanges or refunds for things such as the wire being wrapped differently, the pattern of natural stones not matching the pictures perfectly, the shapes of the stones not perfectly matching the pictures, etc. These are all factors that are out of my hands, as each stone is unique and each wire is twisted by hand. I will match the pictures to the best of my abilities, but beyond that, each piece is one of a kind in its own way.

Other Policies

Feel free to contact me! I'm more than happy to work with you. If you have questions about colors, shapes, etc. ask away. I can provide pictures of variations that might not show up in the pictures given in product descriptions. I'm also willing to work on custom orders. Overall, ask as many things as you'd like and I'll oblige happily.
