Payment Policy

Shipping Policy

I am all by my lonesome to manage the shop, create all the artwork and do all the shipping. All orders are made in and shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and I ship worldwide. Items are shipped in a mailer envelope to keep shipping costs low. The shipping cost listed includes not only the cost of postage, but also the cost of any packaging materials. Shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of the package. All listings have been set up with a reduced shipping charge for multiple items. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, the shipping cost for 'with another item' will apply to all subsequent items. Order requires processing time and shipping time. The processing time may be different for each item (is calculated for each item on the product information page). Items made by order are shipped within the processing time stated in my shop announcement at the time of purchase. All shipping and processing times listed on my shop are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and legal holidays). You have an option to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail in each of my listings. The standard shipping I use is First Class. First Class delivery time for US shipping takes 2-5 business days. Priority mail is 2-3 business days. Please be advised this refers only to delivery time. It does not include my processing time which differs time to time (is calculated for each item on the product information page). I will not 'guarantee' that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS Mail dates are guidelines and are not guarantees. Your estimated ship date can be found on your receipt. Depending upon the volume of orders received on any given day, it may take an extra day or two longer to ship. Please be known that every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you and I appreciate your patience. ............................✈ USA ORDERS Items within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO are shipped through USPS. You will receive an order confirmation email when placing an order as well an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. The shipping options for domestic parcels are USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and upon request USPS Priority Mail Express. You can find the standard shipping option for every item in the product description. Insurance is not included on First Class Mail. If you wish to have your parcel insured, please contact me prior to placing an order. ............................✈ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS I am happy to ship outside of the United States. Items are shipped through USPS. The estimated delivery time varies by destination, 1-3 weeks on average for delivery and can take up to 4 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation email when placing an order as well an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please be aware that customs policies vary from country to country. I have no control over extra fees that may be charged such as import taxes or other customs fees. These said fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as I have no way of predicting what these fees may be. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Additional customs clearance procedures may be required causing additional delivery delays beyond my control. Although unlikely, there is the possibility for packages to be held up in customs for long periods of time, sometimes as long as 6-8 weeks. - - -- - - -- -- - - -- - - - -- - - -- - - - -- - - -- - - -- - - I use the shipping address provided by Aftcra when you buy. If this is not a correct address I will have to be informed. I am not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect address. If the item is shipped via return to sender or another shipping reason, I can't ship it again until I receive shipping funds. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address. If there are any problems with your order please contact me as soon as possible so that I can try and resolve them. I cannot control what the post office will do with packages after they have been shipped. But, if something has happened to the package in transit, please contact me.

Other Policies

I try to describe my items as accurately as possible. Please note colors may vary due to differences in computer monitor, camera projections and/or yarn/dye lot availability. Please read all measurements I have listed to make sure of proper fit before ordering. Include exact measurements for best fit. Please note that some items are made with small parts and are not recommended for small children as they may be considered a chocking hazard. All items are made strong and secure however, please keep in mind that my items are handmade and should be handled with care. I am not responsible for damage due to misuse. If you have any questions on items, materials, styles, sizes, colors or maybe need more information on a piece, please contact me before purchasing. I am happy to provide more photographs, measurements, etc. Each piece is handmade by me, with love and care in my home. 100% smoke and pet free environment. The information on you, the customer (your email address, physical address and name), will not be used by me for anything else but billing and shipping purposes, and to contact you in case it should become necessary. I do not have access to your credit card or bank account information.
