Payment Policy

Please pay within two business days. I accept most credit cards and PayPal. Thank you!

Shipping Policy

I will ship the purchased item out within two business days of receiving payment, unless it is a custom item. You and I can wok out those details together. In the US, I use First Class Mail. I can upgrade to Priority Mail at your request. I am happy to ship to any location. Message me for a quote, and I will gladly look up the USPS flat rate international shipping price for your location. International buyers are responsible for customs, taxes and import fees.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I am a reasonable person...let's have an open dialogue. It is expected that some items will have small inclusions and imperfections-which contribute to their charm. A refund will not be issued in situations like these due to pictures provided pre-purchase. Please take care to read the item descriptions throughly. No refunds for custom orders. Thanks for understanding.
