Payment Policy
Payment CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel any purchase within 3 hours of checkout for a full refund. All other requests to cancel will be handled on a case by case basis. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. "Made to Order" and "Personalized" items, as well as "Custom" and "Bespoke" items, and custom invoices, cannot be cancelled after 3 hours. REFUNDS: “Ready to Ship” items can be returned for a full refund per the “Returns and Exchanges” policies above. Labor on "Custom", “Made to Order” and "Personalized" items is non-refundable, but “Made to Order” items can be exchanged. "Custom" and "Bespoke" items are final sale. Shipping, Rush fees, Express Production fees, down payments, and custom invoices are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES: All orders have a processing time during which your merchandise is inspected and packaged, or your custom order is made. Check this timeframe for any item by visiting the listing and viewing the shipping details. You can get your order in a rush with "Express Service". Select this rush service from shipping upgrades in your cart. LittleStitchHistory reserves the full turnaround time to post your order in the mail. Ship dates and transit times cannot be guaranteed. EXPRESS SERVICE: Expedite shipment for a small fee. Your items will be packaged early and your shipping method will be upgraded. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Your order will ship to the address used at checkout. To receive your order at a different address, place a new order with your new address. Your original order will be refunded after payment has processed for your new order. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: LittleStitchHistory ships from the USA. Customer is responsible for international import fees. TRANSIT ISSUES: LittleStitchHistory cannot be held responsible for the package while it's in possession of the postal service. For a small fee, you can purchase shipping insurance anytime prior to shipment. Parcels returned to sender non-deliverable or refused will be re-shipped at customer's expense.
