Payment Policy

Payment must clear within 7 business days. If the payment doesn't clear, I will cancel the order. If you decide to cancel the order, please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

I ship using USPS Priority Mail. I ship only within the USA. Shipping occurs Monday thru Friday. Payment must be cleared thru PayPal prior to shipping. No exceptions.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. **Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping.

Other Policies

If you would like a special requested item, please contact me at dblair5@wi.rr.com. If you see an item you like but would like a different color, I can customize it for you. These orders will take an extra week to complete so please contact me with the date you would like the product. I will do my best to get it to you at that time.
