Level Up Crafts's Policies
Thank you for stopping by my shop! I hope you find something that you like. All of my items are hand crafted by me. Due to the handcrafted nature of my products, there may be some anomalies in the finished pieces. I am not currently accepting custom orders (except what is noted on certain listings). I accept Paypal. Payment is required at the time of purchase. If you feel you have made an error in your order, please message me immediately. I usually ship items 1-2 days after the order is received.
All of my items are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. I ship via USPS and provide a tracking number. I'm sorry, but at this time, I do not ship internationally.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know. I will work with you to either fix what you are unhappy with (within reason) or refund your money (less shipping costs). I take care in packaging items so they are protected. However, if an item is damaged in shipment, I will be happy to send you a replacement. (Please note that certain items are one of a kind and cannot be remade. If this is the case with your item, you have the option to replace it with a different item of similar value or I will refund you in full).
At this time, I am not taking custom orders, but I hope to do so in the future. If there is an item that I have listed for sale and you would like it in a different color, please convo me.
