The lanyards are not completed until purchased and the buyer has notified of length and neck clasp type such as magnetic breakaway or lobster clasp ending. If you do not like your item you may return within 48 hours for a refund of your purchase price excluding shipping. If something might happen to your item within the first year, please let me know. If it's a flaw on my part I will fix it at no cost. If it's determined by myself to be a buyer issue I will fix but at the cost of the buyer. I am always opened for conversation and custom orders. All my beautiful items are shipped within 2 business days in a gift box.
