Payments are made through PayPal, using a credit or debit card or direct bank transfer and must post within 3 days, or the order will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 12 hours of purchase. A custom order cannot be cancelled once I have started making it.
Domestic shipping is done with priority mail flat rate envelopes, so if you purchase more than one item, there is no extra shipping charge. Items are shipped within 3-4 days of when payment clears and will include a tracking number. Insurance is not provided, but you may purchase it. Items are shipped overseas using USPS first class for a flat fee that covers a package weighting up to 10oz. Insurance included at no extra cost. Delivery can take up to 8 weeks. If desired, you can upgrade to Priority Mail International Flat Rate shipping for additional cost. Delivery time is approximately 6-10 business days. International items may be subject to an additional tax as required by your country. As the seller, it is illegal for me to pay this cost. Further, purchases will not be represented as gifts in customs declarations. If your package is returned to me as the sender, I will send you a message to confirm your address. Your package will be resent free of charge if the address is correct. If the address you've provided is incorrect, you will be required to pay shipping again.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I will provide you with the highest quality final product to ensure you are happy with your item and experience here. Please let me know if something doesn't meet your expectations so we can address this situation together. Thus, refunds/exchanges will be made with this in mind: Items are handmade. As such, while I will do my best to accurately describe each product, Slight variations might occur from computer screen to the actual product. if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must let me know within 3 days of receiving the package to discuss it. A refund will not be issued until I have received the item. Refunds can only be made through your method of payment.

A few things to know about custom orders: I will not start making your order until the custom order listing has been purchased and payment has cleared. Shipping is not included in the quoted price. if you are requesting a custom order for an item already listed in the shop but you wish to add embellishment, the price may change based on what you would like added. If you would like me to create something entirely new, pricing will be determined by the materials used and creation time. Once you have approved a custom order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For custom orders the time to make varies, but most should be completed in less than a week.
