Hi. Pretty simple. If you purchase something and it's not right I'll fix it. Approved custom orders are not returnable.

Payments are due upon ordering.

Shipping is based on your zip code. I don't charge extra on the shipping cost.

Glad to do a refund if you're not satisfied. 100% on already made items minus the shipping. No returns on custom made after approval of design.
