Introduction

Payment Payment by Paypal Shipping Your package will be shipped snuggly and safely, all packages are packed to provide enough packaging to insure safe arrival, larger breakables will be bubble wrapped and double boxed to insure my heartmade items will reach your door safely. Recycled materials will be used when possible. I reuse boxes mostly tho sometime a new one must be bought as i can't find jus the right size. Shipping by USPS, insurance and tracking included in shipping cost for U.S. buyers. At this time no international shipping is available. I ship most weekdays and normally will have your purchase to the post office the next weekday day. Weekends my local post office is closed so if you order Friday-Sunday your package will ship the next Monday. I can not guarantee the shipping time once the postal clerk takes your package, if your delivery is delayed please inform me so I can make some inquires. Refunds and Exchanges If your purchase arrives broken or damaged please inform me right away (please within 48 hours after arrival) and send me a photo of the carnage for my records and confirmation. Please keep all packaging material and broken bits so the postman can inspect. A replacement will be made if possible. If your purchase was a one of a kind impossible to remake a refund will be given after I cried my eyes out at the loss of one of my babies. But no replacement or refund will be issued without a postal inspection...sorry I gotta try to get the postman to pay up, afterall those tears are worth $. FAQ: Q:Are all your items made by you? A:Yes a coating of clay dust covers me most days. Q:Do your items come from a smoke free home? A:Yes, no cancer sticks past my lips. Q:My purchase arrived with some stray cat hairs, what should i do? A:I assure you my cats aren't strays so the hairs aren't stray either. The cat hair is a sign of their admiring your item before packing (or more likely them admiring the box i am reusing to send your package), I'll let them know you noticed their admiration. I check for errant hairs but occasionally one slips by...if you notice a really, really long hair, it isn't the cats but my past my waist hair and sometime me and the packing tape have a hard fought battle when taping up your box.
