Payment Policy

TO SEE THE SHIPPING CHARGES, PLEASE ADD THE ITEM(S) TO YOUR CART. I accept PayPal. You can use a credit card through PayPal and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option. I would appreciate payment within 48 hours of your purchase. If not, I will send you a reminder. Sales are canceled within 72 hours if I do not hear back from you and the item will then be re-listed. Any store discounts and promotions might be discontinued at any time or when a new discount or promotion comes into effect. Please make sure that your entered address and PayPal address ARE THE SAME. If those are different, I will ship to the PayPal address unless you specifically notified me that different address should be used.

Shipping Policy

Shipments are made by FedEx or UPS,or USPS. I will also keep you up to date on the progress of your order and give you the tracking number. All of my items are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope. I use the most economical way possible unless special instructions were given. International shipments are via US Postal Service First Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 7-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate). Please understand that I am not responsible for postal or customs delays, as well that I have no control over US or international customs for items that got stuck in customs. Buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes on items shipped from overseas. These charges are the buyers responsibility and must be covered by them. Orders are not insured. If you would like to have your package insured against loss or damage, please send me a convo and ask for insured shipping and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just send it back and I will refund your money as long as it is returned in the same condition it left in. All returned products must be in their original condition (not worn, used, damaged as a result of your neglect, and the product packaging is not damaged or missing). Once I have the item I will refund your money straight away.You have 30 days from the day you receive your item. I will issue a credit to your PayPal account after I receive the returned products If you ordered a custom piece, you will receive 50% refund. No matter how many days have passed. You have 30 days to return the custom order. Again for a 50% refund. I do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods upon their arrival.

Other Policies

If you want a custom piece made this will depend on the type of work required and production times will vary, but custom orders are encouraged! For custom orders over $100, the buyer will be required to sign a contract that I write up, stating the custom order guidelines and rules and regulations. All custom orders must be paid in full before supplies are ordered. FEEDBACK I take my business and my shop very seriously and do my best to make your buying experience with me is as positive as it can be. However, If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your transaction, I would greatly appreciate you contacting me prior to leaving feedback. I cannot solve a problem I don't know about.
