Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of purchase through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase my paintings through PayPal. I use PayPal because they protect both you and me, it’s a win-win situation.
Shipping Policy
When you purchase a painting it will be shipped within 3 business days from date of confirmation of payment. All paintings are well packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS. USPS is my preferred shipper. You will receive, from me, an email as soon as your painting is shipped.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to be absolutely delighted with your new painting so the purchased art is returnable within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible to pay for the return shipping. The artwork must be returned to me in the same or like packaging and must be in the same perfect condition it was when you received it. Please contact me in advance at kenicee@optonline.net with your reason for the return. The painting must be sent back in the original carton or like packaging and in the new condition in which it was received. A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the work. Shipping charges are not refundable. I highly recommend insuring the return. If the art is lost in-transit or damaged you will be able to obtain your refund from the mail carrier. Once again, the Return Shipping is at the customers expense. Thank you.
Other Policies
Custom Work If you like my style of painting but want a different size or you want a different color scheme or you have an idea that you would like me to interpret and execute for you please feel free to email me so we can begin the discussion of what you want. My terms for a custom painting: a non-refundable 50% deposit of the agreed upon price will be paid to me via PayPal prior to my beginning work on your project. The balance is due via PayPal upon your acceptance of the final painting and before I ship the painting to you. There is a strict no return policy for custom work.
