Introduction

Your Item is made out of great materials, and I take my time on each and every piece to make them the best they can possibly be. I like the idea of quality over fast processing/shipping, but I understand the need for quickness in this day and age. That being said, I will do my best to ship quickly.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of purchase I will accept pay pal and whatever other methods Aftcra will allow, sans money order, cash in an envelope or trades. (Unless you're going to trade me 10 puppies for my scarves... then we'll talk.)

Shipping Policy

I attempt to ship out within 4 days of the order by USPS, since they don't throw packages around like the other non mentionable characters. Dealing with USPS has always been a pleasure for me (probably because I'm from a small town and everyone knows everyone...)

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns can only be arranged within five days of your receiving the item. Please contact me before attempting to return and item. The item must be in original condition, with it's original packaging. KriRoseDesigns is not responsible for exchange or return shipping costs. All exchanges are dependent upon stock on hand.Special orders, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.Products that are damaged during shipping are eligible for an exchange of the same item and return shipping covered.
