KC Custom Creations's Policies
*After order has been placed I will send you a final sample before printing is done. Once approved and shipped out I WILL NOT be able to issue a refund. *If shipment arrives damaged please send me a photo of the damaged packaging so I can determine and work with you to see if you would like for me to reship or refund your money. *There HAS to be proof sent to me in order to qualify for a refund.
*Payment will be collected at the time of purchase. Once payment is received I will begin processing your order.
*Once order is placed and payment processed, I will then send you a sample of the completed item. After approval I will have your order processed and ready to ship in 3-5 days.
Refund & Exchange Policy
*I will not process a refund once order has been approved and shipped. *I will however issue a refund if your packaging has be damaged, or I can resend your order. However in order to qualify for a refund a photo of the damaged product must be sent to me.
