This bottle is Headstone shape glass bottles, that I have used a varity of mediums to create, it is done with spray paint, texture medium, acrylic paint & knobs.
I have hand painted the Monster as a cutout tag for the bottle, has wir edge ribbon & curled wire holding wood bead's & 2 round tag's, that read " Monster Mash & May Cause Warts,
