My name is Sarah! Mom and nurse to the elderly by day, and small business owner by night! I am the founder of Juliana & Me Designs. Together, with my daughter Juliana, we create meaningful, inspiring, and personalized hand stamped jewelry and accessories in or cozy studio, located in small town Iowa. First up, get to know Juliana! She is our “ball of fire” and “ray of sunshine” 6 year old daughter. She is my inspiration for this business. She loves her family, friends, camping, her golden retriever Grace, and helping mom in the studio. I founded Juliana and Me Designs because I am passionate about creating custom, personalized jewelry and gifts for our Juliana & Me family and customers. Each piece is made with premium materials, hand stamped letter by letter, hand polished, and then sweetly packaged, just for you. We have helped many people create personal and treasured pieces that honor their dearest memories, inspire joy, create uniqueness, and embrace the journey of life that we are all on together. Production Times: Standard Production time for an order is 6-10 business days. Please noted that this does not include transit or shipping time. US Orders Standard shipping within the continental United States is the USPS. Upgraded shipping is available at check-out. Juliana and Me Designs offer free shipping for purchases over $50.00. Multiple items in one order will be packaged together unless otherwise specified. Separate orders to the same address will be packaged separate and shipped separate according to how the order was placed. This is done to keep shipping time consistent and to a minimum. Please contact us at JulianaandMeDesigns@gmail.com if you have special shipping requests. Please noted that Juliana and Me have no control of transit time once your item has been shipped from our studio. Juliana and Me Designs ships to the United States only at this time. International locations are coming soon
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns As our products are custom made to order and often personalized, therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. The same goes for cancellations once an order is placed. If there was an error in production, an error in shipping, or if your custom jewelry is damaged, please contact customer service at JulianaandMeDesigns@gmail.com. We will handle your claim and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. All quality concerns must be reported to Juliana and Me Designs within 14 days of reciept of the order. Additional non-returnable items: - Gift cards To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at JulianaandMeDesigns@gmail.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at JulianaandMeDesigns@gmail.com and send your item to: PO box 671, Wilton IA 52778, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
