Shipping Policy

We ship 1st Class usps if under 13 oz, with an option to upgrade to priority mailing if buyer is interested. We are also offering free shipping on all items over $100 All Items will be shipped within 2-5 days of payment. Tracking numbers will be included in all orders that is shipped. In any rare occurance that the item is lost, we will do our best to try to locate the item with your help of contacting the post office in your end as well. If item is indeed lost, we will ship replacement item (exact). In the occasion that your item can not be replicated you will be offered another similar item, or full refund. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. *International Buyers* Please contact us prior to purchase for shipping rates. You will pay for exact shipping to your country. Please allow 24 hours for update on the shipping after notifying us. ** Note that international shipments may take 1-3 weeks or longer depending on location ** Packages are shipped with a tracking number by USPS or FedEx. Item tracking to the purchaser destination are only available in the US and select countries through USPS.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges for unworn items for any reason within 14 days from delivery of the item (as indicated in the USPS or FedEx tracking system). We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us! Custom orders are final sale and are non-returnable. Items must be in the condition that they were when they were received. For health reasons earrings that have been worn are not returnable. *Gold plated items and gold vermeil should not be worn in the shower or the ocean . It can fade the gold finish more quickly.* We do our best to make sure that our photos accurately represent our items and that the description is clear and honest. Please feel free to ask questions before you buy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In ALL circumstances, if item has already shipped, refunds are issued upon shop's receipt of returned item. *Refund or exchange for damaged item* If an item arrives damaged, please let me know immediately upon receipt. Please include a photo of the damaged item. I will replace item, or refund full cost of item plus all shipping, upon shop receiving damaged item. Buyer must notify us if the item is damaged within 7 days from delivery of the item (as indicated in the USPS or FedEx tracking system). We will not be responsible for damaged item if we are not notified within this time frame. NO EXCEPTIONS.
