Introduction

At JessiCrafts Creations, our focus is to provide quality, handmade items (at a reasonable price) that people love and use every day! Everything from the materials we use to the workmanship must meet out exacting standards.

Payment Policy

At this time, JessiCrafts Creations only accepts payments via PayPal.

Shipping Policy

As most items are made-to-order, shipping times will vary. Most items ship within 3-5 days of purchase. Custom orders may require additional time. Large items, like afghans, may require up to 8 weeks from purchase date. If you need something rushed, please let me know prior to purchase so that I can do everything I can to accommodate your timeframe.

Refund & Exchange Policy

JessiCrafts Creations does not offer refunds. I am happy to offer exchanges (except on custom orders) if you notify me of a problem with your order within 14 days of shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for exchanges (both return shipping and shipping of new item.) If we determine that there was an error on our part, the customer will be refunded the return shipping charge, and we will ship the new item at no additional cost to the customer.

Other Policies

Cancellations will be processed if you notifiy me within 48 hours of placing your order for non-custom orders and 24 hours for custom orders.
