Introduction
★Orders are ready to ship within 4 to 5 days after the order has been placed. You can select Priority Shipping during checkout, but that does not rush your order. Orders are processed in the order that they come in. ★Please be sure to read the description for the item you are looking at. Most of your questions are answered within the description of each item. ★With standard shipping, most of my customers, within the US, are supposed to receive their orders in 2 to 5 business days AFTER the order has shipped, though the postal service can run a bit slower at times. Need it even faster? You can select the Priority Shipping option during checkout, which is SUPPOSED to have US delivery in 2 to 3 business days....again no guarantee that it'd reach you in that 2 to 3 day window of time, and could take a bit longer. Your order will leave my shop as quickly as possible, but from there it's up to the postal service as to how quickly it will reach you. Delivery dates can never be guaranteed. ★As noted in my policies and shipping information, your order will be all packaged together into one box before shipping in a padded envelope. I do not put each piece of your order in a separate box. The items are placed in a box before the padded envelope for extra protection to make sure that they arrive safely, not so that you have a gift box. This is to ensure your order arrives safely, while still being able to keep shipping costs down. If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package comes back to me, you will have to pay the shipping cost for me to reship the package to you. If the package gets lost because of the incorrect address you provided, it is the buyer's loss. ★★★NOTE: If you are wanting an alteration on a quote on a bracelet or necklace, contact me (koutecky@hotmail.com) BEFORE placing your order to see if the alteration that you want it possible. Don't just leave a note during checkout that you want something without having asked me first. I am able to do many customized items, but not everything possible. Thanks so much! :) ★To preserve the life of any piece of jewelry, I never recommend showering, swimming, or exercising while wearing your jewelry. ★ NOTE: Some countries impose custom fees/duty fees/VAT fees for international customers, but keep in mind that if any additional customs fee charges are required in your country, these are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages CANNOT legally be marked as "gift" to avoid these fees. Be aware of this before you purchase. Any shipping fees that I am required to pay on my end of things are paid in full, any fees imposed on you upon receiving your order will be your responsibility. I have no way of knowing if and how much a country will charge you in customs fees. Thanks so much! :) ★★★Customers in the United Kingdom- PLEASE READ!!! Nearly all packages to the UK are charged expensive customs/VAT fees. Due to that, I only ship to the UK by request. Contact us for details if you have a shop. ***READ BELOW FOR ANSWERS TO COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS*** Q: If I place an order today, how soon will my order ship? A: Read above for the current turn around time. Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order after it's been shipped? International Buyers…keep in mind that though I will ship your order quickly, many packages may sit in customs in your country for a time before they are officially delivered to you. Please be aware that depending on your location, actual delivery to you overseas customers requires patience. (For some reason, Canada seems to take the longest for delivery, so be aware of that when ordering. Thanks!) Q: Can I add extra birthstones/or accent beads to a necklace? A: Absolutely! To add additional birthstones/accent beads you can purchase the link below along with the necklace: https://www.etsy.com/listing/80300824/add-a-swarovski-crystal-birthstone?ref=shop_home_feat ★★Q: Can you stamp something on the back of the pendant or keychain? A: Sorry, but I can only stamp on one side of a pendant or keychain...otherwise I've found that the stamping runs the risk of showing through onto the front. Sorry about that. Q: Can I include a note in the package so that I can send it directly as a gift? A: Absolutely, it's no problem at all to include a short note for you in the package. Just type me a quick note during checkout of what you want the note to say. Q: How will my order be packaged and shipped? A: I will put your order together into one cotton-filled jewelry box (each item purchased will NOT be put into a separate jewelry box), then ship it in a bubble-mailer envelope. AGAIN NOTE: All items ordered will be packaged in one jewelry box. This saves on your shipping cost by not charging you for the cost of additional boxes, as well as, the extra weight for shipping. Q:I've purchased one of the stainless steel laser etched designs, how do I care of it? A: Do not scrub your stainless steel pendant, or you will scratch it. Clean any marks with a lint free soft cloth. To enhance the shine of the laser-etched pendant, you can use a drop of vegetable oil and a lint free soft cloth. Q: What length are the necklaces? A: You can now select you choice of chain when purchasing. If you are in need of a different length than the options given, contact me before you purchase to see what I have available. (NOTE: The mannequin with the necklace pictured in the grouping of pictures for every necklace is not depicting any necklace length, but rather is there to give you an idea of how the pendant will hang, and also a visual on the sizing of the pendant. Necklace length on a mannequin will not represent the same length as pictured on a person.) Q: What is the difference between the silver plated chains, the sterling silver chains, and the stainless steel that I have the option to choose for my necklace: A: Plated chains are just that...a silver plating of metal over a base metal of brass. The sterling silver chains are silver-filled chain made of an outer layer of sterling silver surrounding a copper-alloy core. The sterling silver chains have a special non-tarnish coating that makes for a great quality chain that wears well. The 18 inch sterling silver chain is, by far, my most popular chain. Stainless steel is a new chain option that is growing more and more in popularity! Stainless steel is a fantastic, non-tarnish metal that is still delicate looking and truly beautiful! Q: I checked tracking on my order and it hasn't updated in a couple days, can you see where my package is? A: International tracking doesn't update as often as orders within the United States. Many times, tracking will show the last time that the package was processed before leaving the United States and then won't update for several days until it reaches your country. Even tracking within the US doesn't update immediately, so give it a couple days then check the tracking on your order for the latest info. The tracking you can check is the exact same tracking that I'm able to check. I don't have access or information more than what you are able to see when you check tracking. Q:What size is the pendant? A: Check the sizing in the description of each piece of jewelry. Also, click on the arrows on the photos to see additional photos, as well as, the final picture which will show the necklace on a mannequin to give you a visual on the pendant sizing. Q: What are the hand-stamped pendants made out of? A: My hand-stamped, quote pieces are made using aluminum that have a gorgeous brushed finish as their description shows. Aluminum is very hypoallergenic and those that are even allergic to sterling silver and other metals can usually wear aluminum without any problems....hence it is the main metal that I work with for all of my hand-stamped pieces. Q: Can you make a custom necklace/custom quote for me? A: I love custom orders! Convo me and let me know what you had in mind and I will see if it's something I can design for you. :) OPTIONS: The accent bead(s) are attached to the chain, not to the pendant...that way they don't overlap the quote on the pendant. If you'd prefer your necklace to have the accent bead attached to the pendant, no problem, just leave me a note during checkout that you want the accent bead attached to the pendant instead of the chain. Payment Policy
I accept Paypal. Keep in mind that you, as the customer, do NOT have to have a Paypal account to purchase an item. PayPal can process your credit card without you having a Paypal account. Just follow the directions during checkout, and they will walk you through it. All items must be paid for, in full, before your order will ship. Shipping Policy
I make and ship all of my orders as quickly as possible, CHECK THE SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT ON MY MAIN PAGE FOR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES...THAT SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT WILL GIVE NOTIFICATIONS IF THERE ARE ANY SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO MY BEING OUT OF TOWN, ETC. IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT TO CHECK THAT SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT WHEN YOU ARE IN A RUSH FOR SOMETHING AS MOST TIMES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, I SHIP VERY QUICKLY, BUT THE TURNAROUND TIMES CAN VARY DURING BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR. Most of my customers, within the US, receive their packages in 2 to 5 business days AFTER the order was shipped...again, these are just estimates from the postal service, delivery dates can never be guaranteed. International customers have to wait longer for their packages to arrive because of the customs process that packages have to go through to enter a country. Just be aware of the "joys" of international shipping when ordering from overseas. :) Please check the shipping address you enter before you submit your order to make sure that you are sending it to the right address. Needing to change a shipping address after the order has been placed can delay shipment. Items returned as undeliverable will not be refunded for shipping costs and shipping costs will have to be paid again to send the item. All jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure that your items arrive safely.

Since all items are made to order and are personal wear items, all sales are final. If you have a problem with your order, contact me through Etsy's convo/message system within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will see what we can do to fix the problem. :) Thanks! :)
