Payment Policy

I accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is one of the safest, easiest ways to conduct business over the internet for both buyers and sellers.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped to address on invoice, so please be sure your address is current and correct. Once payment is received then I will ship your order within 48 hours. *DOMESTIC SHIPPING* All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping time and estimates cannot be guaranteed. Usually shipping takes 3-10 business days however it can take as long as 3 weeks. Shipping charges include shipping costs, delivery confirmation, and packaging costs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I want everyone that purchases jewelry from my shop to be happy with their experience with Iris Elm Jewelry. If you do decide to return the item you purchased then I ask that you do so within seven days of receipt of your package. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping costs once I receive the item and see that it is in new and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please kindly notify me first before sending anything back. **IMPORTANT** Please make sure you read the items description carefully before purchase.

Other Policies

Jewelry should never be gotten wet or exposed to high temperatures. Jewelry is not intended for children. *Gemstones in handmade jewelry are often hand cut and may have some inclusions though I try to provide clear photographs of every piece of jewelry I make.
