Refund & Exchange Policy

I don,t usually have a lot of returns. I may or may not refund according to your reason. Once I sold a rosary for a fellow who wanted to surprise his sweetheart, and when he received he didn’t like the length. In that case I will refund. Usually everything about the rosary is in the description so read carefully. Exchanges are done on an individual basis. Please look at the pictures carefully. Gemstones have flaws and be sure you can live with a flaw in a stone if you see it. If you have questions, please ask!

Other Policies

Care of your rosary: These are general guidelines, but it is best if you ask me before attempting to clean your new rosary. Most rosaries that are wire wrapped are very durable. If the wire tarnishes try a soft jewelry cloth first, or just plain old soap and water.(*with exceptions) Using stronger solutions may harm the beads. If they have brass medals or components vinegar is another option, but be careful, because it is acidic. It is best to ask my opinion before you start. Also, if you can store it in a plastic bag it keeps it bright and shiny for a long time. Remember that the beads are glass and/or semi-precious stones so they can break if dropped. This applies to strung rosaries also. *cleaning Tensha beads with soap and water can damage the bead. I would try a polishing clothe on the wire that is encasing the bead.
