Payment Policy

We accept all debit/credit cards and PayPal. All payments must be paid in full before final product will be shipped. Our prices are subject to change. During holiday seasons you will see specially marked prices for limited times only. All cancellations must be made within 1 calendar days after receiving order confirmation from us. Once we provide you with an order confirmation, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping Policy

We ship within 1-2 weeks, calendar days. We will confirm your request prior to completing our custom work. Then we will send you shipping confirmation once an order is complete. We ship from and to the United States only and shipping fees are based on package size and weight. We ship our packages using priority mail service. We are not responsible for lost items.

All sales are final. We take pride in making sure everything is designed per our customer's request. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us directly and we will work to make sure we give you what you want. We are not responsible for any lost items.
