Introduction

Welcome to Hook & Needle Lace. All of the items that I post are handmade by me. I have been knitting and crocheting for over 30 yrs and it is one of my passions in life. Once I start on a project there is no telling how I might change it up, so a lot of my items are one of a kind, as I don't write down the changes that I have made. My biggest goal is that I will have customers that love their lace!

Payment Policy

I accept payment through Paypal only. All items will ship once payment is made.

Shipping Policy

All items will ship within 3 business days after payment is made. I am willing to ship USPS, UPS or Fed Exp. depending on what my customer wants. All cost for shipping will be listed. I am willing to ship internationally; however, that is fairly new for me.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you receive your purchase and are not happy, I will happily refund your money, minus shipping, within 2 weeks of purchase.
