Shipping Information If this item is not a custom item, it is are already created and one of a kind so when you place an order it will ship out within 1 to 2 business days. However, if you are purchasing a custom/made to order/personalized item will be created once you place your order and will take 1-2 weeks to be completed and ready to ship out to you. Unless I don't have other custom orders than I may be able to get it completed sooner and if you need it for a specific date please let me know and I will let you know if it is possible, I do offer insurance. If you are interested please notify me in the contact box on the checkout page and I will apply the insurance to the shipping cost. The total cost to ship includes packaging materials as well as postage and tracking information. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and Exchanges I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping it is the buyer’s responsibility to purchase any protection to ensure the items safe delivery. However, I do go out of my way to protect any items I ship to try and ensure this scenario doesn’t occur. If by chance something does come damaged please contact me ASAP after receipt and we can discuss how to rectify the situation. Depending on the severity of the damage I will issue refunds or store credit.
