High Temp Arts's Policies
Introduction
Welcome to High Temp Arts @ Etsy.com. Thank you for taking the time and interest in our line of artwork. We are honored that you would consider us. All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's one of the beauties of our items! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown photos. We use recycled packing materials and boxes when ever possible. Gift boxing is available for an addition fee and will include a No-Price packing list.. Please note that until our website is completed, all email communications will post from our sister organization, IntergalacticSales.com
Payment Policy
Payment can be made with any major credit card via PayPal.com. All communications, including payments for High Temp Arts, will be posted, communicated, and completed by IntergalacticSales.com.
Shipping Policy
We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments, including domestic and international shipments. Selection of service will be determined by us at the time of shipment, based upon the lowest cost for the weight, size, destination, service level, or any other relevant factor. International buyers please note that you are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs and customs charges that may be incurred. Shipments normally post within 4-5 business days from the date of the order. During different holiday dates and/or seasons, you may experience some delay in processing time prior to shipment. Please bare with us, as we are simple artists at heart.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds are granted for items broken in shipment only. Requests must be received within 7 days of receipt with proof of breakage in the form of either: the original item returned to us prepaid with prior authorization or; a digital picture sent via email with prior authorization. Replacement items can be shipped in some instances in place of a refund, if you agree to pay the shipping costs for the replacement item. Lost items will not be refunded or replaced and must be claimed through the shipment carrier.
Other Policies
We do, on occasion, sell to galleries and the like in the form of wholesale purchase orders. Payment must be made in full, as we do not consign inventory. All details for wholesale purchases will be made on a case by case basis. Please contact to discuss your needs, and we will be happy to negotiate a price with you.
