We understand that since each tutu creation is custom and made to order, that there are plenty of things that can be further customized or thought of throughout the process. For this reason, we will do our absolute very best to accommodate your tutu needs, but unfortunately there are a few things we do have to set limits on if a problem arises along the way. All orders will be crafted and sent to you once your payment method has been verified. Any returns (where applicable) of payments will be refunded through your initial payment method.
All orders within the United States will be sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information that will be given to the client to track their package once it has shipped. HelloMissLadyTutus is not responsible for any damage, loss, or stolen items once the item has been shipped from our store. All orders outside of the United States will be sent via FedEx or UPS with tracking information that will be given to the customer to track their package as well once shipped. HelloMissLadyTutus is not responsible for any damage, loss, or stolen items once the item has been shipped from our store. If you need to return your item for any reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping with included tracking information. Please see return policies for more information
Refund & Exchange Policy
As each tutu is custom made per order, the issue of returns tends to be somewhat difficult at times. Please see below regarding out return policies per issue. If you are unsatisfied with the size: Please note that all sizes have been indicated in inches on the listing. If you would like a smaller size, we can make the item smaller for you for a small charge, plus the cost of you shipping the order back to us (with tracking information included). If your tutu is too small and you would like a larger size, we can expand the item for an additional cost plus the cost of you shipping the order back to us (with tracking information) please note that by lengthening an item, you will have an additional seam on the waistband. If you are unsatisfied with the length: Please notes that all length sizes have been indicated in inches on the listing, with the length size that is pictured noted. If you would like the length of the item shortened, we can shorten it for you for a small charge plus the cost of of you shipping the order back to us (with tracking information included). If you would like the length to be longer, unfortunately we will not be able to lengthen the item as once the layers of tulle are cut we are unable to add length to them. In this case a new tutu would need to be ordered. If you are unsatisfied with the color: Please note that all colors of materials that are used are noted in each listing and are photographed in correct lighting to display the same colors in the picture. Or, if the item is a custom requested order, the color(s) used will be that indicated in the order description. The arrangement of tulle colors is also created just as pictured via our custom created patterns. If you would like a new color added to the item, we can take care of this for a charge plus the cost of you shipping the item back to us (with tracking information included). If you are entirely unsatisfied with the color or your item, unfortunately you will need to place a new order for what you would like.
Any other issue not specified above will be thoroughly looked into by HelloMissLadyTutus, and we will strive to find an adequate solution so that you are as happy with your custom crafted tutu as you could possibly be!
