All custom order requests will need to be paid for before customization begins. In stock items should be paid within 2 days. Custom order item request payments should also be made within 2 days. I do not ship outside of the United States

Payment Policy

Payment is required within 2 days for in stock items and custom request items. Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

After payment, in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom item requests are shipped out within 4-5 business days. Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS First Class Mail. I ship only within the USA. Shipping occurs Monday – Friday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions

Refund & Exchange Policy

30 day return policy. Item must be returned in exact condition as received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If item is broken upon return, partial refund will be permitted if item was not worn or stretched by buyer or buyers affiliates. Damaged upon delivery items MUST be returned for full refund. *Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, minus shipping. In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund (minus shipping) or process an exchange. If damage occurs during delivery, I will be happy to try and attempt to recreate the original piece.
