I believe my policies are extremely fair but I will always try and extend some grace if I feel the situation calls for it.
PayPal accepted. Payments must clear within 5 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, unfortunately, I will have to cancel the order.
You can choose from the following shipping options: USPS First Class Mail- Domestic- 2-5 days USPS Priority Mail- Domestic-1-3 days We only ship within the USA. After your payment has cleared, items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note, I am not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather conditions or delays that are out of my control.
Refund & Exchange Policy
It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please examine your package contents on receipt. If there are any damages or issues with your order due to USPS mishandling the item(s), please contact me via email at HeavenlyBurlapShack@gmail.com within 7 days of your package arrival. Shipping and handling charges for returns are non refundable but refunds and exchanges will be honored and processed if I receive the returned product within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving the return but please allow an additional 3-5 days for you bank to make the funds available. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 12 hours of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be honored.
