Payment: My preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you do not have a paypal account, please visit www.paypal.com to sign up! Orders not paid for within 3 days will be canceled and the item(s) will be re-listed in my shop.
Shipping: All items will be shipped via USPS upon receipt of payment. I generally ship within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Insurance and/or tracking are available at an additional cost, if requested at the time of purchase. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me (email@example.com) within seven days of receiving the item(s) & I will do our best to resolve the issues. If the item you receive is damaged or otherwise poor quality please send a message or email with photos of said item attached. I can only accept returns on knitted items that are free of any odors (hair oil, perfume, cigarette, pet hair, pet odor) and in "new" condition. If there is reason to believe your item was faulty or such I will gladly accept a return and refund your money. Thank you for your consideration. PLEASE NOTE: I am not able to refund shipping costs and fees associated with the item's sale, and return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
