The moment I get the payment notification has cleared to ship, I get your order ready to mail out as quickly as I can (next day - 2 days). If your order is custom, I will let you know of the time required to complete it and ship it out. You will get a notification from your payment processor (Paypal) that your payment has cleared or it's pending. If your payment is pending, I will wait for it to clear before shipping. You will get a notification with your tracking number, so you can track your package. Your package will ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) by: -First Class Mail ($) (5-7 USPS shipping days)* -Priority Mail ($$) (3-4 USPS shipping days)* -Priority Express ($$$) (Expensive) (overnight-1 day - USPS shipping days)* Medium & Large Packages: will include SIGNATURE Confirmation (with the rising package thefts, it was necessary to add it). The listing will have the shipping method used for your merchandise. *Approximate USPS shipping days-not a guarantee of delivery INSURANCE (Optional): If you want to purchase insurance, add it to your purchase. I'm not responsible for lost items unless insurance is added to the purchase. I have moved many, many times and I have not even had a cracked plate. It is very important to me that your merchandise be delivered safely and in a timely manner. I only ship to the United States.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Please, contact me immediately if there are any issues with your order. BEFORE purchasing: Make sure that you read the listing information very well and look through all of the listing photos. I describe the merchandise and photograph close to real-life as I possibly can. But, if something isn't clear or you have ANY questions at all.....Please, don't hesitate to ask for more information. Contact me by the CONTACT SELLER Button in my Etsy shop. I'm a very small home business and work very hard to offer quality merchandise that large retailers only wish they could have. Refunds will not include original shipping charge or return postage unless the error is mine. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Hair Accessories and wearable Items (Health Codes) Buyer's remorse... (take a moment before you add it to your cart!) Do you have an problem with your order? 1. Merchandise MUST be clearly photographed and be sent to me (by etsy convo) PRIOR to returning your order. 2. Contact me through the CONTACT SELLER Button in my Etsy shop. Attach the item photos and describe the issues that you having with the product. 3. If we both agree that your item needs to be returned, follow the steps below to make sure it will arrive back to me undamaged. 4. It must be returned to me within 7 days after you originally received your item. 5. It must be in ORIGINAL UNUSED/NOT-WORN condition, exactly like it was shipped to you in. Make sure to pack the item very well to prevent any damage in shipping. 6. Use proper PACKING/SHIPPING SUPPLIES to protect the returned item: Bubble wrap, airbags, plastic zip bag, tissue. You probably can re-use some or all of the original packing materials. Shipping Materials: Sturdy box or properly packaged bubble mailer. 7. Contact me with the tracking number for the package as soon as you have it. I will let you know when I receive it and issue a refund or exchange as we have discussed. I do not refund the original shipping cost that was paid to the USPS. The return shipping, tracking or insurance costs will be your responsibility, unless the mistake is mine and we will discuss the return fees.
Was your order *Damaged OR Lost in the mail? You can file a claim with the USPS online: www.usps.com *A lost or damaged item that was not originally insured can not be refunded by the post office or by myself. I will provide you with any documentation that you may need for your claim. Did you pay by CREDIT CARD? You may be covered by your credit card company, check with your credit card company.
