Payment Policy

Payment is listed price which includes shipping and handling.

Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of order, shipping is within 1-2 business days.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returned, undamaged items are reimbursed through PayPal account.

Other Policies

Custom orders require an approved drawing that remains the property of Guertin Fine Furniture. A $100 non-refundable plans fee is required to begin design of custom work.
