The busy women in my family have a thousand things on their to do list every day. My Great Grandmother, "Mom", not only raised her children, she took in family or friends that had fallen on hard times. During the Great Depression, this meant a houseful of people everyday to clean, cook and care for. She didn't have much, but she shared all she had. To greet each day with energy and a sunny outlook, she would brew this tea up for her guests that had fallen on hard times and needed something to smile about. My teenager daughter drinks this before exams, just like I did in college. Steep in hot water for 15 minutes while you're getting dressed. My daughter drinks hers with lots of lemon and sugar. Each order contains 10 teabags.
