Introduction

Welcome to Gear Grove's aftcra page! We are designers and crafters of reclaimed wood and steel furniture. The idea of creating something with soul is what drives us. A table with old wood, aged, and imperfect, or a bench made from a fallen tree now has life serving as a relaxation place.

Other Policies

Natural Variations: Reclaimed wood is a natural product and may have feature variations inherent to salvaged materials such as natural color variation, visible nail heads or nail holes, knots, hairline cracks, oil stains, and waving. Customers should expect slight variations from photos. We begin to process custom orders as soon as they are placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes to your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your change request, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made after your order is placed. Pallet Furniture: Our pallet furniture is made from reclaimed shipping pallets. The wood is sanded and stained or protected with a clear coat. These tables have a beautiful, rustic, natural look. Pallet boards are matched for thickness within 1/8 inch of each other. For this reason, some tables may not be completely flat or smooth. Care and Cleaning: To maintain the quality of your wood furniture, do not expose it to direct sunlight or excessive temperatures; extreme changes in humidity can cause warping. Use coasters, to protect the furniture surface. Use protective mats under hot dishes. Use a protective pad when writing with a pen. Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. Dust often using a soft, clean, lint–free cloth. Use a non–silicone and non–wax polish; do not use soap, water or wax.
